If you are interviewing someone in another country or time zone for World Radio Day, you'll have to figure out reasonable times for both of you. This web site, the World Clock Meeting Planner, can be very helpful.

The pull-down menus for location have some country names and after that major city names (some countries have more than one time zone). Choose for each location and click.

When you use this, note that the column on the left is Greenwich Time (UTC - it's in the UK). The important columns for you are the coloured ones, where you compare the locations.
